Registered Social Worker
Virtual Psychotherapy
Hi there. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Kathleen, a social worker dedicated to providing compassionate, empathetic support in a safe and respectful space. My practice is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, trust, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
With over 10 years of experience supporting youth and adults in both community and clinical settings, I take a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and person-centred approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths in a safe and supportive environment.
I support clients through a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and recovery following a breakup or divorce, parenting and co-parenting dynamics, life transitions, and feeling stuck in unhelpful or self-limiting thought patterns. I have a strong focus on parenting support, trauma, and grief. My practice is affirming of all identities, and I am committed to providing a safe, respectful space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
As a dedicated advocate for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities, I have studied American Sign Language since childhood and hold a Level 4 ASL fluency certification from the Sign Language Institute of Canada. I am committed to providing accessible, inclusive care that honours the diverse needs of all individuals. I have been a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) since 2021.
Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult time or working toward long-term healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, integrity, and non-judgmental support.
Take care of yourself, you deserve it.
