Registered Social Worker
Virtual Psychotherapy
Hi there. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Kathleen, a social worker dedicated to providing compassionate, empathetic support in a safe and respectful space. My practice is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, trust, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
I take an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed,person-centred approach, working collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. I bring over 10 years of experience working with youth and adults in both community and clinical settings, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns relating to mental health such as anxiety and depression, including navigating difficult relationships, breakups, life transitions, and feelings of being stuck in old, destructive thought patterns. I also have a strong focus on parenting support, trauma, grief, LGBTQ+ identity.
As a fierce advocate for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities, I have studied American Sign Language since childhood and hold a Level 4 fluency certification from the Toronto Association for the Deaf. I am committed to offering accessible and inclusive care for all. I have been a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) since 2021.
Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult time or working toward long-term healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, integrity, and nonjudgmental support.
You deserve to feel good.
