Therapy for youth (10+), teens, adults and parents-in English and American Sign Language (ASL)
I’m Kathleen, a social worker (RSW) who believes healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where you feel truly seen and understood. My practice is built on compassion, trust, and respect for each person’s unique story.
With over 12 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting youth, teens, adults, and parents in both community and clinical settings. My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and person-centered—I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, compassionate, and practical.
I support young people managing anxiety, big emotions, anger, low self-esteem, identity questions, and school or peer challenges. For parents and adults, I help clients identify and understand unhealthy patterns, navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, recovery after breakups or divorce, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I focus on trauma, grief, and helping clients build healthier patterns in their lives.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, parenting challenges, or working toward long-term growth, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy, and encouragement.

I love my job because:
I worked in warehousing for over a decade. I found this work to be very unfulfilling and both mentally and physically exhausting. Since I was young I’d always known I wanted to help people, but life circumstances led me in a different direction. I left my last career with a desire to help people and be more fulfilled. I am happy I get to help my clients achieve a better quality of life by decreasing stress, increasing relaxation, and providing therapy to people with health conditions or new and old injuries.
See me if:
You need to relax or de-stress. I also enjoy working with individuals of all ages that may have had a recent or previous injury. I have experience treating people with chronic pain, palliative care patients, reducing scars from surgery or injuries, post-concussion, and a variety of other conditions.
I believe in:
Treating and viewing the body as a whole. A lot of pain can come from muscular imbalances and posture compensations. By identifying the structures that may be contributing to a person’s pain, we can begin to decrease the pain they experience and increase their quality of life. I believe in strong communication. By using my knowledge, skills and experience, my clients and I work as a team to get them back to a functional level. This way, the pain or reduced mobility they experience does not prevent them from enjoying things like being more active, enjoying family and friends or have more confidence in being mobile.
I enjoy:
Being outdoors in nature. I find the quiet of nature is my happy place. Getting out of the city and away from the fast pace of life helps recharge my batteries so I can be the best I can be to both myself and my clients.

Lara Jimenez

About Me
Lara came to massage as a second career after years behind a desk and has never looked back! As a practitioner, Lara believes that the ideal starting point for addressing musculoskeletal complaints, be they acute, chronic or “just” general tension, is one of attunement with the client. She is interested in the interplay between mental and physical states and enjoys supporting clients by listening to their bodies and then combining clinical and intuitive touch to calm the nervous system.
Lara is a certified Personal Trainer and is passionately committed to strength training as a physically and mentally beneficial undertaking. She can offer insight into injury prevention at the gym and provide a treatment path when injuries do happen.
A Treatment with Me
In addition to Swedish massage - including trigger point and fascial work, passive movement and stretch - she often incorporates cupping, hot stones, and heat into her treatments. Lara is also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki, 2nd degree.
Lindsay Reid
Administrative, Staff, Yoga & Movement
Meet Lindsay
As the owner of Common Ground Health and Wellness I have spent the past four years immersed in the world of anatomy, movement, and holistic wellness. While I don’t have a formal background in anatomy, my role in managing a multidisciplinary clinic has allowed me to learn extensively from the talented practitioners I work alongside. I have taken it upon myself to deepen my understanding of functional movement and the ways in which the body communicates through sensation, restriction, and flow.
I am a 200 HR yoga teacher (insured) with a foundation in Hatha, Yin, and elements of Vinyasa flow, as well as an interest of pranayama (breathwork). My approach to yoga is rooted in functional movement and body awareness, rather than rigid and performative postures or perfect alignment.
I believe that many of us live disconnected from our bodies—either too caught up in sensation or completely detached from it. My goal in offering one-on-one yoga sessions is to provide a space for clients to slow down, reconnect, and learn to listen to their bodies without fear of sensation or judgment. Yoga has helped me cultivate balance, move with intention, and better understand the messages my own body is sending me.
These sessions are not about flexibility or achieving picture-perfect poses—they are about exploration, grounding, and finding both softness and strength within yourself. Yoga is a lifelong practice that looks different for everyone, and my goal is to create a space where you can check in, notice, and move with more awareness.
If you’re curious about how yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement can support your journey—whether for relaxation, mobility, or deeper body awareness—I invite you to explore a one-on-one session with me.

I love my Job because:
Massage Therapy is the best! Helping those in need has always been something that has been drawn to me and helping create a treatment plan to help my clients get back to their activities of daily living is something that is super appealing to me.
As someone who has done a lot of different jobs, working with my hands has always been my strong suit. Massage therapy allows both of these things to come together in the best way, so I truly believe I have the best job ever.
See me if:
You would like to start on your journey towards feeling like yourself again.
I have treated many clients who were in pain for so long they forgot they were hurting until after receiving treatments.
As a volleyball player, I understand what it’s like to injure an important joint and want to get back to playing as soon as possible. I would love to help you get started on your journey back to feeling like yourself including any recent injuries or chronic pain.
I have worked with all ages/physical wellness including pediatrics, chronic pain and athletes so don’t be shy.
I believe in:
Working with you as much as possible to create a treatment that is tailored to your needs. I believe in empowering the client and making sure you are an active participant in planning out your treatment.
It’s important to take care of our bodies in the same way we would take care of another.

I love my job because
Massage is like art, problem-solving, and healthcare placed into one profession. The human body is like a living organic sculpture I get to work with, I get to pattern out each muscle and each moving part that is unique and still similar in every person. I have a job where I get to touch and work with the art. When it comes to problem-solving, I adore to do it. I get to figure out how each person responds to techniques and applications of massage and find the best solution with them. Healthcare is rewarding, I love knowing people can return to their lives with less pain or a better sense of self. Seeing clients come in with good news about their prospering health in the wake of treatment is an exceptional joy.
See me if
You have any pain, discomfort, deal with anxiety, or are curious if your condition could be treated with massage. I would be happy to answer any questions and work with you in any way I can. I love working with an array of conditions and I like finding solutions together that will create the best possible fit for your day-to-day life. I may only get one hour in a week comprised of 168 hours, so I really want our time to count.
I believe
In fostering curiosity - be that curiosity about my client’s physical health or how physical health impacts their life, changes we can create outside of massage, or how things are affecting the body. I believe we create intense mental and physical change when we cultivate safe environments for client education and self-discovery through therapeutic means. When we as health professionals are intensely curious about our clients, it gives them the power and courage to reinstate their curiosity in themselves and create a commitment to their ongoing health.
