James MacNeil – Kinesiology Student & Strength Training Specialist
James is a second-year Kinesiology student at Queen’s University with a strong foundation in human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. He is also the owner of Kinetic Strength and Conditioning and an experienced strength coach with a background in training both youth and adult populations.
As part of the clinic team, James offers supervised physiotherapy support and strength training, working closely with licensed physiotherapists to guide clients through safe, effective rehab and exercise programs. His approach focuses on functional movement, injury prevention, and long-term physical health — whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to build strength and confidence in movement.
James is also a competitive U23 rower and understands the importance of individualized training. His sessions are informed by both academic knowledge and real-world athletic experience, ensuring a supportive, goal-oriented environment for every client.
